Overview of Verona

Verona Enterprise is an extremely powerful knowledge management tool that can be used to rapidly harness corporate knowledge by providing a complete picture from diverse information. The information is incorporated into a "notebook" to present, share, and distribute knowledge in a timely manner.

Verona Enterprise improves the way you create, organize, share and distribute knowledge. You can quickly access diverse types of information, brought together from multiple distributed sources into one notebook. You can easily author and deliver the information in a context tailored to meet the user's needs.

Verona Enterprise makes use of the familiar notebook metaphor, appearing as a binder separated into different tabbed chapters and pages. The software allows you to easily customize and categorize information for easy reference and maximum impact.





You can "drag and drop" almost any object into a Verona Enterprise page (i.e., MS Office documents, spreadsheets, presentations, web pages, multimedia). Objects dropped onto a Verona Enterprise page become objects in the notebook, displayed on a page in content-specific ways. Based on your preference of the order for the information, you can insert chapters and pages and modify (rearrange/move them, add annotations) objects into the notebook.

Each object on the pages can be activated. By double-clicking on an object - the Word document activates the document into the Word application; drilling down on a Web page activates an on-line browser; and animations or video segments begin playing.
